Weekly Challenge #200 - TADA!

OK, I'm coming clean. I read the Diva Challenge this week, and actually went looking for that new "Mac 'n cheese" tangle because I don't remember hearing about it before. (red face) Well, after figuring out where I went wrong, I started looking through old tangles to see what my "Mac 'n cheese" tangle was. Mooka? Nah. Pokeleaf... several cameo appearances, but no. Looking through my sketchbook, I discovered it was Sanibelle.

I used to think monotangles were dull... like taking the exact same route to work every day... but found doing this one was VERY ZEN. That's the point, right? I wasn't worried about making sure I had different values, or tangles that worked together, just the joy of a favorite tangle building around and around. Then my zen snapped when I realized I'd forgotten the 200. My guy said the roman numeral for 200 is CC, so I snuck that in. He's clever like that. I'm so lucky.

I look forward to seeing what everyone else's "Mac 'n Cheese" tangle might be!

  1. OK, I admit I spent WAY too much time looking for the C's...but I found them. That was sort of zen in it's own way. A really nicely shaded tile (and a smart guy) - seems like a good way to start the New Year. Happy tangling!

  7. This is so pretty! Sanibelle is one I don't often use, but seeing yours, I now realize why. Mine NEVER looked that good! I must come clean that I forgot all about including the 200 in the tile. Guess I better fix that, eh? I love your post and your beautiful tile, your Highness!
